1. Booking online.
There are two locations where you can process your passport renewals. In Dubai, Philippine Consulate is located at 851 Beirut street Al Qusais 3 Dubai, United Arab Emirates Which is 5 to 10 minutes away from the nearest Metro Link which is Etisalat Metro Station. While in Abu Dhabi, W-48, Street No. 8, Sector 2-23, Plot 51, Al Qubaisat – Abu Dhabi.
The first step you need to do is to have an Online Appointment Before Visiting the nearest Philippine Consulate. If you are booking appointments as a family, you must book a separate appointment for each member. You must have the email confirmation to proceed forward with the Philippine passport renewal process. It’s important to remember that your appointment for passport renewal is not transferable.
The following people are exempt from making an online appointment for passport renewal:
- Minors (below age 12)
- Senior Citizens (age 60 and above)
- People of Determination (with medical report)
- Pregnant women (with medical certificate)
Household service workers (incl. nannies, family drivers and house helpers) also do not need a renewal appointment in Dubai.
Applicants who fall into the above categories may directly proceed for processing of the Philippine passport renewal without prior appointments at the respective consulate or embassy between regular hours for passport processing.

2. Creating Your Online Account.
If this is your first time to renew your passport. You need to create an account inside the system using an active Email Address. You just have to click the Register button, then fill out all the information needed. Please note that the information you input is accurate. Choose your slot and wait until the day of renewal.
After the process you will received an automated email from the system and you need to print the appointment as a proof that you have an appointment with them. We recommend you to read the email for the following requirements. You need to bring a copy of it on your appointment day.

3. Renewing your passport today.
On the day of your passport renewal. You have to put in your mind to bring all the requirements for Passport renewal.

- Visa Page Copy ( 2pcs Photocopy)
- Passport Visa Copy ( 2pcs Photocopy)
Please Note : The Philippine Consulate require a dress code to wear when visiting the consulate. They will not also let you allow your companion inside if they don’t have any appointment or purpose of visiting the consulate.
4. Passport Renewal Process.
Once you’ve enter the consulate, You need to go directly to the passport renewal section and put your passport on the box with the timings mentioned while waiting to call you for your name for verification. After verification you may now proceed to cashier to pay the amount of two hundred forty Dirhams for the processing fee. After paying the cashier, you may now proceed to typing & for picture taking.
Then the first process is done. You can come back after four to six weeks or thirty five to forty five working days. Friday and Saturday are not included.
5. Collecting your new passport.

What to do when my passport is already available for pick-up?
Please note that you need to bring your old passport. You have to proceed to Mabini Hall or Hall C – C3 Section and show the official receipt given to you from the cashier on the day of your appointment. Check all the details in your passport and page by page before signing and leaving the hall.
What to do when my passport is already available and I cannot personally come to the Consulate to pick it up?
If the applicant can’t come to collect the passport. You can authorize someone to pick-up the passport. The representative must present the following requirements:
